Level I Reiki Training Description:
Level I Reiki is about acquiring the healing ability.  In a Reiki I session students will learn the following:

  • Summary of Reiki – definition and benefits
  • Origin and history of Reiki including the five original principles called the Go-Kai
  • Philosophy and an introduction of the body's energy systems: the aura, the meridians, and the chakras
  • Three I's of Reiki - intention, intuition and integrity
  • Healing process for self and others
  • Hand positions and placement
  • Attunement - sacred act of readying the energy body to facilitate the flow of Reiki, and introduction to Reiki guides
  • Structure of the Reiki session
  • ​Group technique of Reiki Share​
